Recipe: Cucumber with laban

Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1/2no
Small onion: 1 no
Fresh parsley: 10gms
Natural yogurt: 475ml
paprika: 1 1/2 gms
salt: to taste
White pepper: as required
Mint leaves: for garnish

Method:
1.Finely chop the cucumber and onions and mix it with crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley
2.Lightly beat the yogurt and add the above mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste
3.sprinkle with the little paprika and chill for at least 1 hour
4.Garnish with mint leaves and serve with warm pita bread or as an complimentary to meat, poultry and rice dishes.
