Recipe: Hummus

Ingredients:
Cooked Chickpeas: 175gms
Tahina paste: 120ml
Garlic cloves: 3 nos
lemon: 2nos                                                                                
Water: 65ml
Salt: to taste
Freshly ground blackpeas: as required
Fresh raddish: to serve
Olive oil: 15ml
Finely chop parsley
paprika: 2.5gms
black olives: 4nos

Method:
1.Place the chickpea, tahina paste, garlic, lemon juice, seasoning and little water into the food processor until smooth adding little water if necessary
2.If you dont have a blender or processor mix the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth
3. Spoon the mixture into a shallow dish make a tent in the between and pour olive oil, garnish with parsley, paprika and olives and serve it with raddish
