Alcohol best with food

BBQ on alcohol means using alcohol with food or paring it with different foods so that the food gets the different taste and flavor and it may be some new and unique dish served. There various methods and ways of cooking food with alcohol like mixing in beer instead of water to make the chilidog it will taste different and unique. BBQ on alcohol can also use wines as they are specially used to pair up food and alcohol together. This is an excellent way of cooking food and can be a value for money the shelf life of the food also increases 2wice than the normal life of the food. Alcohol also adds a finish to different dishes and even different desserts in that matter. Alcohol is also used in marinates of different food products like marinating different meats like chicken, beef and pork even game meat like rabbit, deer, and other game meats.  BBQon alcohol can be done when roasting the meat the alcohol can be added during that time with a spoon not directly from the bottle adding the alcohol directly from the bottle can be very dangerous. Another way is the flambé which means paring up food when cooking it. A flambé can be done when the food is being cooked on the flame the alcohol can be added at that time please add the alcohol from the spoon as it can be extremely dangerous to add the alcohol from the bottle as the flame might catch fire with the alcohol and the bottle may also catch fire. The flambé technique was first introduced in a Japanese teriyaki restaurant by a chef. It also creates a eye appeal and people feel like buying the product when a flambé is done. The food pairs well when a flambé is done.
