Recipes Pommes de terre Macedoine

Ingredients:
Butter: 50gms
Potatoes: 400gms
Parsley: 5gms
Salt: As Required
Pepper: 5gms

Method:
1. Peel the potatoes cut and cook in water for 2 mins till 70% done
2. Take a pan and add butter to it and melt. Now add potatoes to it and toss
3. Add Chopped parsley salt and pepper and serve hot
