Recipes Creme Brulee



Ingredients:
Egg Yolk: 2Nos
Fresh cream: 300ml
White sugar: 60gms
Vanilla extract: 2ml


Method:
1. Take 80gms granulated sugar for caramilzation on top
2. preheat oven to 300 degree F. In a large bowl whisk together egg yolks and sugar till the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is thick and pale yellow
3. Add cream and vanilla continue to whisk strain into large bowl skimming of any strain or bubbles.
4. Dissolve mixture among 4 custard cups place custard cups in water bath and bake until set around the edges but still lose in the under about 50 to 60 mins
5. Remove from oven and leave in the water bath and chill for 2 hrs or upto 2 days when ready to serve sprinkle about 2 tsp sugar on each custard
6. For best results use a small hand held torchto place the boiler till sugar melts chill custard for few mins before serving
