Recipe: Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
Spaghetti: 400gms
Tomato puree: 400gms
Onion: 2nos
Minced Beef: 400gms
Carrot: 1 no
garlic clove: 1 no
Dry white wine: 1 glass
Rosemary: 1/2 tsp
Parsley: 1/2tsp
Parmesan Cheese: for garnish
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste

Method
1.Cook pasta in a large pan of salted water
2.Meanwhile brown the sliced onion in some olive oil in a frying pan than add the mince meat, crushed garlic clove and chopped parsley
3.Than pour in the tomato puree, finely diced carrot and a glass of dry wine. Simmer for about 35 mins stirring occationally
4.Add some rosemary sprigs at the end Add salt and pepper.
5. Mix the sauce with the pasta in a large dish and serve hot
6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese
