Recipes: Salad Caprice/ Brushetta

Ingredients:
Italian Bread: 1 Loaf
Extra virgin olive oil: 3tbsp
Tomatoes: 3-4 nos
Mozzarella cheese: 200gms
basil leaves: few sprigs
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste

Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degree C
2. Slice the bread on an angle into half inch slice with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 3-5 mins, turning once to get both sides golden brown and toasted.
3. Slice the tomatoes length wise to fit the bread slice the cheese into slices the same size as the bread and the tomato slices place one tomato slice on each piece of bread. follow with one basil leaf and one slice of cheese
4. Arrange the Brushetta  on a serving platter Dizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top of all slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
